The course is led by Swami Suryamurti Saraswati Disciple of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, a Yoga teacher for over 30 years.
Friday, December 13th at h. 20.00 in Levèra in Via Bellini 24 Noha the free trial lesson will be held.
The course to be held every Tuesday and Friday from h. 20.00 to 21.30, will start on 3.1.2020 only if the 15 accessions are reached, which must reach Levèra no later than December 20, 2019.
The Satyananda Yoga (or Bihar Yoga) tradition is the yoga system developed and exhibited by Swami Satyananda Saraswati and his successor Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, based on the texts and teachings of the traditions of Samkhya, Vedanta, Yoga and Tantra that come through the ancient lineage of sannyasa.
At the end of the course you can request a certificate of attendance prior to enrolling in Satyananda Yoga teacher training courses.
