Court of Fire - Cavour Street

Going along Via Cavour you come to a charming little square located behind the Basilica of Santa Caterina. From this space, one enters the Court of Fire through a deep driveway with barrel vaults, to then reach the open space that develops as an extension of the driveway compartment itself. In this "characteristic corridor" numerous accesses on the ground floor and on the mezzanine floor face asymmetrically on both sides. A long staircase leading to the apartment on the upper floor acts as a backdrop to the court. The fine balconies and the original mignani blend nicely with recently made elements made for the structural recovery of the building, making the overall setting pleasant.
