The FORMARE Association answers the demand for training from the Apulian social and economic fabric and acts as a proactive part of a continuous process of scientific advancement and cultural integration.
 
The FORMARE Association plans, organizes and manages training activities provided for by the law and implemented in the vocational training system as well as integrated education and vocational training courses (training obligation).
 
It plans, organizes and manages training courses that are individual or individualized, post-qualification, post-diploma, post-graduate (higher education).
 
It plans, organizes and manages training or individualized training interventions for subjects employed in the public and private sector, in CIG and mobility, to unemployed for whom training is preparatory to employment, as well as to apprentices who have completed their compulsory education (training keep it going).
 
It also carries out activities of orientation to the professional choice through information and awareness actions of the socio-economic reality and of the labor market in the reference territory. For the realization of the different types of courses, FORMARE uses its own funds, while for institutional activities it makes use of the contribution of the European Union (ESF), the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Puglia Region.
