Romance on the different forms of love, framed by quotations, which open the various chapters, of the most beautiful songs of the Italian musical tradition. The title recalls A good girl from Luigi Tenco in 1962 and a verse of it closes the novel -If you were a good girl, the girl I dreamed of meeting, probably now, instead of loving you, I would be elsewhere, because after the our first meeting I would have left.

-A span from me, eyes in the eyes, I feel the bending of your chest, the accelerated heartbeat, the labored breathing from the dance, my hand surrounds your side, the water overflows on the stove, the cat yawns, the sauce is burning, everything is perfect -.

Marco is forty years old, and has decided to distance himself from everything, from his family, from women, from friends. He leads a silent life, divided between the craze for the vinyls of Italian songwriters and the job of auxiliary of traffic. The only link with the world is the bar, that of coffee in the morning, that of beer in the evening. And if in the first he meets Lidia, shy, sunny, sweet, in the second he stumbles on Aspra, who like a meteorite sweeps everything away, overwhelms him with his torments and his passion, restores him to life - and takes away every center. But in this journey of distancing from himself, of seeking a new balance, Marco discovers new ports, and arrives at a serenity that, in the end, is the purest to which he has always tended.

The author Osvaldo Piliego was born in 1978, he lives in Lecce. Cultural operator, he is one of the founders of CoolClub, a communication agency and event organization. For years he wrote about music on various newspapers. He published the novels Until the End of the Day in 2011 and The Vertical City in 2015, both for Lupo Editore, and a story in the anthology Inchiostro di Puglia (Caracò 2015)

Francesca Malerba, born in Galatina (LE) in 1977, spent her university years in Bologna and has lived in Rome since 2002, where she works at the Neuroscience Institute founded by Rita Levi-Montalcini. In 2015 she published the research novel for Kurumuny " Salento Rock. (Leave without saying goodbye).
