Donating blood can save a life and even more; giving blood regularly also means keeping one's health under control (receiving free blood tests at home).
The only foresight to follow will be to avoid doing sports on the day of the donation but otherwise there are no other contraindications. Finally all the donors will be honored with a pizza voucher at the pizzeria -LA TORRE-.
